IASI Board Certified Advanced Practitioner of the Dr. Ida Rolf method of Structural Integration.

Shawn graduated from the Guild for Structural Integration in Colorado and Brazil in 1990 with Emmett Hutchins. He was hand picked by Dr. Rolf to teach her work. She continued her education studying with Stacey Mills, David Davis, Will Johnson, and completed her Advanced Training with Ritchie Mintz.

Recently, she completed the teacher training program at the American Guild for Structural Integration (www.rolfguildusa.org) with David Davis and Ritchie Mintz, and plans to begin teaching basic trainings in the near future. She is board certified with the International Association of Structural Integrators.

Shawn earned her bachelors degree in Physical and Health Sciences at the University of Toronto in 1989. During that time she trained and competed nationally in one and three metre springboard diving. It came naturally from previously training and competing in regional gymnastics for 5 years.

Her extensive experience includes Dance, Martial arts, Chi Gong, Sensory Awareness Movement Work, Authentic Movement, Meditation, Gestalt Therapy, West African Djembe drumming and Indigenous healing arts.
